AOC Ajaccio

Sciaccarello, Cinsault, Nielluccio

The dominant Sciaccarello brings notes of fresh red fruits and a refreshing acidity, balanced by Nielluccio and Cinsault, for a straight, vibrant, fresh and aromatic whole.

Domaine Comte Peraldi Rosé 2022 - BIO

    Sciaccarello (60%) - Cinsault (30%) - Nielluccio (10%)

Granite arena slopes. Acidic and poor soils.

Maceration of Sciaccarello for 4 to 6 hours. Bleeding then settling at cold temperature (8°C) for 24 to 48 hours.
Direct pressing in a pneumatic press for other grape varieties. Thermo-regulated fermentation at 16°C for 3 weeks to 1 month.

In vats on lees during the winter.

Light, luminous salmon color with silver reflections. The nose is
intense, expressing aromas of small fresh red fruits (strawberry,
raspberry), citrus fruits (pomelos) and spices. We note on ventilation
a slight iodized note. In the mouth, the attack is fresh, invigorating,
and evolves into a sensation that is both delicious and tangy, with good amplitude and good aromatic persistence.

    Serve between 8°C and 10°C.

    Drink within 3 years.
