TERROIR
Granite arena slopes. Acidic and poor soils.
WINEMAKING
Plot selection of Sciaccarello. Reception of the grapes by belt conquest, then sorting on the table. Maceration for 4 to 6 hours, bleeding, then cold settling (8°C) for 24 to 48 hours. Fermentation regulated at 16°C for 3 weeks to 1 month.
BREEDING
Stainless steel tanks.
TASTING
Beautiful intense and brilliant salmon color. The nose is mineral, fruity and
floral, with scents of fresh red fruits and citrus. The elegant palate combines sensations of freshness and richness in balance. Long and delicate, this gourmet rosé leaves a tense and mineral finish, persistent and tasty.
