Sciaccarello (60%) - Nielluccio (30%) - Carignan and Cinsault (10%)
TERROIR
Granite arena slopes. Acidic and poor soils.
WINEMAKING
Reception of the grapes by belt conquest, then sorting on the table. Fermentation in concrete vats. Maceration for 10 days. Classic vinification with daily pumping over.
BREEDING
16 months in vats.
TASTING
Beautiful, bright, intense ruby color, with glowing reflections, with which some brown tints are beginning to mix. The nose evokes ripe red fruits, and is enhanced with spicy notes (myrtle). It is a joyful wine, with a delicious mouthfeel, with a lovely body coating the palate, present but already round tannins, and a generous and fruity finish. A juicy and easy-drinking wine.
SERVICE TIPS
Serve between 17°C and 19°C. Decanter.

Drink within 5 years to enjoy its fruitiness.
